TRANSCRIPTS
Purpose: Your transcript is the physical proof from your high school that you graduated and achieved the standards set by the Michigan Merit Curriculum. Transcripts are required by all post-secondary learning institutions.
Directions:
TO REQUEST TRANSCRIPTS: Students must request transcripts electronically on www.parchment.com • Click Sign Up to create an account • Select if you are a student (current or alumni) or parent/guardian • Enter your email address and select a password • Select and answer secret questions click save and continue • Enter your first and last name, gender, date of birth and current grade level • Check box to agree to terms of use and service agreement • Select to Opt-in or not to Opt-in for College discovery and yes or no to receive Parchment newsletter • Click Continue to add your school to your Parchment account
PRINT and TURN IN: After you have requested your transcripts on www.parchment.com, print the Confirmation of Delivery/Payment page.
